Your transaction history together with all the rest of your account activities may be accessed through the platform. Simply click the Dashboard button to access the information. You may need to use advanced filters to locate historical data.

On the dropdown next to your name click profile. Change the details and click Save. Additionally, for your convenience, our Customer Support can assist you via email, chat or phone.

Log in to 'My Account' and click on 'Deposit' to fund your account.
You will be notified by email once your account has been successfully funded.

Client funds are held in segregated trust accounts.
Unlike some other providers we do not use your funds (or your unrealised profits) to hedge in the underlying market. We only use our own funds for hedging.

However verification may take longer time, if client didn't submit all requested documents in time.

Account Verification

As a regulated investment firm, we protect our clients from fraud or identity theft. For this reason, we require all clients to provide the necessary documentation for account verification purposes. All documentation is treated with 100% confidentiality. Click here for a full description of our account verification process. Upon login, clients can upload their documents directly through the site or mobile app.

To verify your account you must upload a clear, full color scan/photo of your government issued ID (ID card or passport), a scan/photo of your proof of residence (gas/electricity/home phone bill, Bank statement etc. from the last 6 months) and if you deposited via credit card - a scan/photo of the front and back of your card. You should obscure the first 12 digits of your card number and the CVV number.

The entire document must be visible in the uploaded copy including full name, ID number, photo and expiration date.
Expiration date must be valid (in addition to not expiring within 3 months of submission.)

An electronic bank statement is acceptable, as long as it is stamped by the bank.

If you are unable to provide a valid utility bill or a bank statement, you must provide a valid utility bill or bank statement of the person(s) you are living with, accommodated by a letter confirming that you are indeed living with that person(s). The company will review this request and decide whether to verify your account or not.

Once the documents have been provided, they will be reviewed within 48 business hours. You will then receive an update via email as to whether they have been approved.

Technical

The most common reason for login errors happens when the password is copy-pasted (since there may be spaces before or after the password.) Make sure you type it correctly. An additional reason for login error is when your browser is storing old passwords through cookies.
